Zoomy Communications Adds Telecom Industry Vets to Management Team

GLENWOOD SPRINGS, CO — August 14, 2006 —Zoomy Communications, the leading provider of Fiber to the Home (FTTH) networks for master planned communities, has added two telecommunications industry veterans to the company’s management team. John Griffin, of Minneapolis, Minnesota, has been named Chief Marketing Officer and John Miller, of Denver, Colorado has been named Executive Vice President.

As Zoomy’s Chief Marketing Officer, John Griffin is responsible for all of the company’s marketing and product management functions. Griffin has been involved in the telecommunications industry for the last 28 years and has held various technical and marketing positions with US West, ADC Telecommunications and LightPointe. His most recent position was EVP of Marketing at Optical Solutions, an equipment provider for the FTTH industry acquired by Calix early in 2006. Griffin has served on the Board of the Fiber to the Home Council, an industry association that focuses on the promotion and education of the benefits of FTTH.

As Executive Vice President, John Miller will be responsible for the company's sales operations as well as Zoomy's Strategic Alliance Program. He brings over 25 years of experience in business development, strategic alliances and sales to Zoomy, most recently as a founder and senior vice president of Azerity, a company focused on creating the next generation CRM model. Mr. Miller was Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Digital Market, an on-line procurement solution provider. He was Managing Director of Telcom Semiconductor, overseeing that company’s successful IPO in 1995. Mr. Miller began his career with National Semiconductor, rising from a senior sales engineer position to director of sales and marketing.
