Project Highlights
The following projects are a small representation of the projects that Zoomy Communications has provided networks and services. Zoomy Communications has worked with dozens of developers and municipalities to bring the benefits of OASYS open-access fiber-to-the-home networks to homeowners, businesses, and public agencies.
Rockfire at the Lake, Topeka KS
Comprised of 169 acres on bluffs overlooking Lake Shawnee Park and Golf Course, Rockfire at the Lake has been carefully planned for beauty, convenience, and leading edge technology. Zoomy Communications built, owns, and operates the development’s OASYS FTTH network, delivering voice, data, TV, alarm monitoring, and security services. The installed infrastructure’s large bandwidth will also support future applications like streaming video, music and movie downloads, and large file sharing. An additional 240 acres will be added to community in the next stage of development and will include an elementary school, which will also be served by the FTTH network.
Tradition, Biloxi MS
Located north of Biloxi and Gulfport, the community of Tradition will eventually include 16,000 homes, a Village Center, and commercial, retail, and office space, spread across 4600 acres. Zoomy Communications is providing the community’s all-fiber infrastructure. The system’s open-access architecture will provide users with a choice among several telecommunication, data communication, and television service providers. Residents will be able to access services ranging from interactive distance learning and full-motion videoconferencing to entertainment and telemedicine.
Tamarack Resort, McCall ID
Located in central Idaho, Tamarack sits on the edge of the Frank
Church Wilderness, the largest in the lower 48 states. The resort offers over 1000 acres of skiable terrain, a Robert Trent Jones II signature golf course, and water sports on beautiful Lake Cascade. Zoomy Communications designed and built the resort’s OASYS fiber-to-the-home network, which provides voice, data, and video services to community residents and supports a variety of business services at the resort, from point of sale to lift operations.
The Town of Lost Rabbit, Jackson MS

Comprised of three distinct districts, the Lakes District, the Garden District, and the Town Center, Lost Rabbit provides residents with a variety of opportunities for living, work, and recreation. Zoomy Communications designed, engineered, built, and operates the town’s OASYS FTTH network, which provides data, security, video, and data services along with a choice of traditional voice or VoIP phone service.
